Approach

Architected and implemented the platform with React/Next.js, supporting multi-vendor operations and real-time tracking for deliveries.

Implemented Google Maps Platform & Places Autocomplete, wallet systems, payments, auth and location validation to improve delivery accuracy and UX.

Led QA as Team Lead — regression testing, UAT, bug validation and release verification for production-quality software.

Designed interfaces for customers, vendors, riders and admins in a cross-functional Agile team, reducing onboarding time by 40%.
